SPRING GLEN CHURCH – BUILDING USE DURING THE PANDEMIC

Note: Outside, non-Spring Glen Church, groups may be allowed to use inside church space as long as the alert level in Hamden is yellow (https://portal.ct.gov/Coronavirus/COVID-19-Data-Tracker).  No groups will be allowed inside if the alert level is orange or red.  The criteria to use the building are as follows:

1. The church identifies the space to be used by the outside group and the outside group agrees to the maximum number of attendees.
2. Spring Glen Church will continue to require that masks be worn by outside group members while they are in the church building.  A Spring Glen Church member is in attendance and, as a church member, would be accountable for the mask and social distancing rules being followed as well as keeping a record of attendance with contact information using the standard sign in sheet Spring Glen will provide.
3. In the event Hamden turns from yellow to orange or red the group will immediately stop meeting indoors until Hamden returns to yellow status.  The church member will be responsible for monitoring the alert levels.
4. If the group participates in an activity that has been identified as high risk of spreading COVID-19, such as singing, the group cannot meet indoors until both (1) Spring Glen Church approves and (2) all COVID-19 restrictions are removed by the state.

If your group can meet the above criteria and would like to use the building, please complete the form below and return it to Scott Lucker, Senior Trustee at  slucker1@comcast.net. He will review the form and contact you regarding next steps.
